1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) govern the conditions of use of the services and digital products available on the solidiumcare.com website (hereinafter: Website) operated by SOLIDIUM FZ-LLC (hereinafter: Provider).
By purchasing or registering on the Website, the User (hereinafter: Customer or User) declares that they have read, understood, and accept the provisions of these Terms as binding.

2. Subject of the Service
The Provider sells primarily educational content related to care and nursing (online courses, videos, e-books, supplementary materials) and related services through the Website. The essential properties and characteristics of products are described on each product’s page.
3. Order and Contract Formation
The contract is concluded electronically and does not constitute a written contract; the Provider does not archive it and therefore it cannot be accessed afterwards. The language of the contract is English.
Order process:
- The Customer adds the selected product to the cart or provides their details on the order form.
- By clicking the “Pay” or “Order” button, the Customer incurs a payment obligation.
- The Provider sends an automatic email confirmation of the order. The contract is formed upon receipt of the confirmation.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
- Prices displayed on the Website are gross prices (if the Provider is VAT-registered, they include VAT; otherwise the price is the final amount payable).
- Payment is made exclusively by bank card through the secure Stripe payment system.
- The Provider does not process or store bank card data.
- The invoice is issued by the Provider (or its authorized agent, Timber) electronically and sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
5. Fulfilment (Digital Products)
In the case of purchasing a digital product (e.g. e-book, video course), fulfilment takes place automatically. After successful payment, the Provider sends access or a download link by email.
The Provider accepts no liability for download or viewing problems arising from errors in the Customer’s internet connection or technical equipment.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Refund)
Since the Provider also sells to consumers in the European Union, EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national implementing legislation apply.
6.1. Exception for Digital Content
The Customer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal with regard to digital content not provided on a tangible medium (e.g. downloadable e-book, online video course) if:
- The Provider has begun performance with the Customer’s express prior consent (e.g. sent access), AND
- The Customer simultaneously declared that they acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By purchasing on the Website, the Customer expressly consents to the commencement of performance (immediate availability of the content) and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving reasons.
7. Health and Liability Disclaimer
This section is of particular importance due to the nature of the Service.
7.1. Informational Nature
All information found on the Website, in course materials, videos, and newsletters is intended solely for general informational and educational purposes.
7.2. Not Medical Advice
The content published by the Provider does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. The content does not replace the personal involvement and opinion of a qualified physician or nurse. The Provider is not aware of the individual health condition or medical history of the Customer or the person they are caring for.
7.3. Exclusion of Liability
The Customer may apply the information, practices, and advice found on the Website solely at their own risk. The Provider (SOLIDIUM FZ-LLC) expressly excludes liability for any direct or indirect damage, injury, health deterioration, or property damage resulting from the use, misinterpretation, or decisions made based on the information found on the Website.
7.4. Seeking Professional Help
In case of a health problem, the Customer is obligated to consult a physician immediately. It is prohibited to modify, discontinue, or delay medical treatment based on what has been read on the Website.
8. Copyright
All content on the Website (text, video, graphics, course materials, logo) is the intellectual property of the Provider. The Customer is entitled to use purchased materials solely for their own private use. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, publicly screen, or transfer them to a third party without the Provider’s written permission. Infringement will result in legal proceedings and an obligation to pay damages.
9. Complaints and Enforcement
The Customer may contact the Provider with their complaints at the email address hello@solidiumcare.com. The Provider will investigate and respond to the complaint within 30 days.
Since the Provider is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, the parties agree that UAE law primarily governs this contract.
However, in the event of a consumer dispute, the Customer (if an EU consumer) is entitled to turn to the dispute resolution body in their country of residence or to the EU list of dispute resolution bodies: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website.
